Marie-Eve Verret promotes physical and emotional wellbeing through yoga, breathing, mindfulness, and counselling. Yoga, breathing exercises and mindfulness are the best allies to lead a life anchored in the present moment, to reduce stress and to live our full potential with confidence.

About Marie-Eve...

I see myself as an intense person. I think with intensity and I feel with intensity. More importantly, I have finally learned to be happy in the present with that same intensity, which comes from a deep love for life and for myself. It was not easy to make my way here and it is still a challenge every day.

 

I don't hesitate to do things differently. For example, I decided three years ago to quit my full time permanent job to seek a better life balance for myself and my family. Privileged? Yes I am! Every day, I am so grateful that Life offers me splendid opportunities. Andafter many years of personal growth, I finallam grateful at myself, for seeing these opportunities and taking advantage of them.

Academic background includes a Master's of Social Work from the University of Ottawa. I completed a Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 at the Rama Lotus Yoga Centre. It gave me a lot more tools on how I can guide and assist people through my work. I have a passion for yoga, breathing and Life! I truly love this life and hope to share this with as many people as possible.
