In the past 20 years, I have learned a lot about self-esteem, self-love and interpersonal relations. My goal is to help people feeling better with themselves and I truly care about people's wellbeing. By guiding, assisting and hopefully inspiring my clients, I work with them so that they can realize their full potential and lead a life full of purpose and happiness. I love to share my experience on how we can learn to be happier with ourselves and how to see our "ideal" self, that's already there, within us.
Since 2008, I meet people to accompany them in their quest for wellbeing and in their various life transitions. I have an holistic approach to health and that's why I am passionate and enthusiastic to share my work through yoga, breathing, mindfulness and counselling.
